In this dynamic, interactive session understand how changes in technology, computers, and automation have created dramatic shifts that impact future careers and the necessary skills to thrive in the 21st century! To be a true champion for current students and our future workforce, school counselors must know the gaps in industries that leave out large groups along lines of gender and race, and how to address them through engaging career activities, advocacy, and empowerment.
