Abstract

We are EXCITED! This session focuses on Social Emotional Learning and provide ways to care for students. It will provide meaningful insight into relationship building, especially with students at risk of dropping out of school. We learn the importance of P.E.A.C.E. (Patience-Empathy-Appreciation-Compassion-Enthusiasm). We uplift and encourage educators to consider the social and emotional aspects of teaching and learning. Thus, positive relationships promote improvements in student achievement and help our students to reach their full potential.
