Abstract
Clinical supervision for school counselors often ends after completion of their training programs. Whereas clinical mental health counselors are required to engage in clinical supervision, school counselors typically only receive administrative supervision. Peer supervision provides a means to address this lack of school counselor clinical supervision. This session explores peer supervision and provides examples of how it can be implemented in schools to facilitate growth of clinical skills and manage stress/burnout.
