Abstract
School Counselors are essential members of an extended leadership team. The combination of roles, responsibilities, and personalitiies can sometimes pose a significant challenge to the cohesiveness and productivity of a leadership team. In this session, a school counselor and administrator share their journey to a dynamic partnership and how that partnership has led to a stronger leadership team able to meet the needs of all students.
