Abstract

Principals and professional school counselors are committed to advocating for student success.  The specific duties and responsibilities of each may differ; however, there are shared goals that are intricately connected that profit all students.  It is critical that school counselors prioritize fostering a mutually beneficial relationship with building leadership, but sometimes it can be difficult.  This workshop will provide strategies to close the divide the can sometimes exist to maximize student success.
