Abstract
Championing for all means championing for students’ mental health needs. While not in the role of therapists, school counselors are mental health professionals on campus.
This presentation discusses a school-wide collaboration between teachers and counselors. The purpose was to embed mental health topics in the curriculum to de-stigmatize issues around mental health and help students develop knowledge/attitudes toward mental health issues. We also wanted students to know what resources are available.
