Abstract
Be a champion as you work with students, parents, college personnel, and collegues to pave the road to a successul college transition. This session will address various types of college programs for students with disabilities. Participants will leave with specific information regarding college options and concrete ideas to help prepare students for college. The session content will equip counselors with tools and strategies to build a college-going championship team for their students with disabilities.
