Food and Finance: The Relationship Between Nutritional and Financial Knowledge in Intertemporal Preferences

Short Abstract
The study analyse connection between personal behavior in finance and nutrition. By an experiment in an high-school class, the time preferences in intertemporal consumption will be tested both from a financial and nutritional perspective. The aim of the research is to test if financial behaviors and nutritional behaviors show similarities, by investigating time preferences in consumption. Results from the paper could shed light on possible connection on consumers' behavior in different areas.
