Abstract

Have you ever wondered how to calm down the anger and aggression that is displayed by some of your students? Mindfulness techniques, catered towards student interest, can help to teach aggressive students how to calm themselves down and regulate their own behavior. A significant drop in discipline referrals and classroom disruptions are the results you can see, at your school,by tailoring traditional mindfulness techniques to interests of your students.
