Proposal Summary
Yoga Therapy is the specific application of yogic tools, postures/exercises, breath-work, meditation techniques, and more to address an individual or group’s physical, mental, and emotional needs. This practice is accessible and can benefit people of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities.
· No experience or special equipment required.
· Comfortable, loose clothing is preferred for class movements.
· Standing and seated practice options offered.
