O'Connor 105
Proposal Summary

I am proposing to present on how local government in San Diego collaborated with non profit organizations and contracted institutions to respond to national asylum policy changes for the protection of public health and migrant families with children. I will also highlight the crisis at the Tijuana border and compare and contrast the medical team's resources and response just 15 minutes away on the other side of the border. I can give insight into organizing medical teams to respond to humanitarian crises in 'MSFesque' .

Skills or Experience

I have presented mostly original research at other conferences, namely the APHA, ACPM, and several cardiology conferences. I am embedded in the migrant Health response and am passionate about his topic.
