Proposal Summary

This experiential and participatory workshop will go through the "8 Brocade" sequence of qigong. This is a simple practice to help circulate the body's energy and connect the mind, breath, and body.

Skills or Experience

I have taught taichi and qigong classes for over 10 years and currently teach at the local community center. I have presented multiple workshops to the community and have presented at IM4US in the past.
