Learn about the many hats worn by administrators.  This session provides an overview of important issues and helpful tips from an experienced administrator while demonstrating how coordinating or administering provides opportunities for personal growth.

Biographical Statement

Bruce Rindler ran the ESL program at CELOP/BU for twenty-five years.  He currently teaches Language Program Management in the MA-TESOL Program and does ESL consulting.
