Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country
Program Description

Business transformation, frequently rooted in the necessity to upgrade systems and revamp operational processes, is complex and multi-faceted. Business transformation initiatives bring the potential of a significant opportunity to an organization, and likewise significant risk.

Following a brief overview of the various components of business transformation and risk management, in this collaborative workshop, we’ll dive into two very different yet likely familiar hypothetical associations. For each association, we will build a risk matrix to identify and classify the potential risks. We will then strategize mitigating factors to proactively address each risk and ultimately prepare a plan to position the associations for success.
