Library management team will be able to prepare a list of expectations and discuss with the Ex Libris’ sales before signing the contract. Ex Libris’ sales staff should pay attention what and what not to promise to potential customers.

Ex Libris’ developers and tech support team should hear customers’ voice and then follow up to implement product and service improvements in a timely manner.
