After this session, participants will be able to configure a survey based reporting tool using LibWizard and implement it in an Alma/PrimoVE environment.
Learning Outcome #2
After this session, participants will be able to describe case triage strategies that include patrons and librarians in access resolutions and assess UX.
Learning Outcome #3
After this session, participants will be able to apply data extracted through adapted LibWizard surveys to future system configurations and collection development.
