Attendees will learn about the various roles and responsibilities within product working groups.
Learning Outcome #2
The group will hear from an Ex Libris product manager about the product roadmap and how they are hoping to involve customers in the development of this product.
Learning Outcome #3
if there is enough interest, ELUNA will hold an election of the RapidILL customers in Summer 2020 to represent the community to Ex Libris product development.
