Short Description
This session highlights case studies of the voices and reflections of mentor teachers who partnered with an alternative route preparation program in their district context. Specifically we investigate how the experiences of these mentor teachers using “mentorship routines” presses us, as teacher educators, to pay more attention to mentor teacher learning and development in order to create opportunities for mentor teachers to become both teachers of teachers and learners of teaching.
