An introduction to the roots of TL learning theory and contemporary conceptualizations of TL

To support the idea of obtainable integrated STEM education in secondary public education, college students from the Engineering and Physics Department at the University of Central had partnered with high school teachers from the Oklahoma City metro area and conducted a series of onsite hands-on engineering activities that were proven to stimulate secondary education core knowledge, critical thinking, collaboration and use of technology. Such initiative could be the gate to supplying the necessary engineering literacies and methods needed for harnessing STEM education in Oklahoma public schools.
