Know what data to gather to examine the impact of implementing the Primo newspaper scope and know what to anticipate if they do so.
Learning Outcome #2
Examine literature on student use of newspapers in order to determine whether implementation of a specific Newspaper Search feature in Primo would benefit their institution.

Participants will understand how libraries can set up their own natural experiments as an alternative to A/B testing of Primo.
