An introduction to the roots of TL learning theory and contemporary conceptualizations of TL
Bacteriophages are viruses that infect bacteria cells. It can be used alone or in conjunction with antibiotics to treat bacterial infections. For my project, I randomly selected soil samples in Oklahoma, purified them and ran them through a couple of processes to obtain the high titer lysate. The phage (bacteriophage) obtained was tested against the human pathogen Arthrobacter albus. The data of the phage was further added to the national phage database for future research.
