Abstract
Student Services personnel are deeply involved in the culture and climate of the schools they serve. This presentation will provide insight into the definition of culture and climate, strategies, and interactive activities to Student Services Personnel (school counselors, school social workers, school psychologists) to improve the overall school climate and enhance the school culture.
