Abstract
Student anxiety continues to be a growing concern in our schools. Many times, we find ourselves implementing interventions that just don't seem to work. Using the book, Anxious Kids, Anxious Parents as a guide, this workshop will provide the audience with concrete and usable strategies, including an outline for a parent book study. Given currently rising levels of anxiety and uncertainty, finding effective ways to help both parents and children is more important than ever.
