Abstract

Resilience, grit, perseverance – three words that both educators and parents agree can make a difference in a student’s success.  Resiliency also impacts how students deal with emotions and positively impacts their ability to cope with mental health issues.   But how do you teach it?  And how do you get parents to land their helicopters and join you?  This program will provide educators with the materials that empower parents to focus on resilience building skills.
