Abstract

Have you ever wondered how much more positive the school climate would be if there was culture of kindness? Would bullying behaviors decrease if students and teachers responded with pro-social behaviors? How different would the environment of learning be if the normal school-wide response was a pro-social one? In this training we will discuss lining up counseling instruction, school-wide inititives, and small group counseling with pro-social behaviors to target discipline.
