Counselors have multiple requirements and high demand to deliver comprehensive programs, despite high ratios. We have developed a powerful vertical teaming initiative which helps deliver some counseling program services at the elementary and middle levels and allows for high school leaders to utilize leadership and service skills. In our presentation we focus on how creating this partnership benefits students at all levels, how to develop collaboration, and what capacities student leaders assist with program delivery.
