Abstract
How important is site supervision to the school counseling profession? Often, school counselors are asked to take on the role of site supervisor with little to no support offered to meet their training concerns (DeKruyf & Pehrsson, 2011;Uellendahl & Tenenbaum, 2015). Without adequate training, school counselors may struggle to address the supervision needs of their interns (Herlihy, Gray, & McCollum, 2002). Learn how to inspire school counseling interns through leadership and service in supervision.
