Abstract

First-year counselors and graduate students, this session is a one-stop shop to undertdaning the importance of creating a healthy relationship with your adminstration; as well as implenting a comprehensive school counseling program. The goal of this session is to learn the steps I took to: advocate for a comprehensive school counseling program, build a strong realtionship with my adminstrators, and understanding the culture and climate of my school community.
