Abstract
With the increased emphasis on Social Emotional Learning (SEL), school counselors are met with the challenges of how to effectively implement SEL program interventions that inspire systemic change. How can school counselors ensure that SEL efforts produce measurable and effective outcomes? In this session, the presenters will showcase the planning, process and successful outcomes that one school counseling program experienced as a result of intentional SEL alignment with the ASCA National Model.
