Abstract

Particpants will learn how personal experiences with bullying influence responses to incidents of bullying. Using vinettes of real events describing physical, verbal, and relational bullying, participants will uncover which form of bullying teachers were least likely to intervene when compared to school counselors. What is the missing link? Is it perception on what is bullying or lack of anti-bullying/harassment training? Participants will learn how to develop a anti-bullying program.
