Abstract
As School Counselors, we aim to create a positive influence in the lives of our students, staff and community at large. This presentation offers a brief overview of Servant Leadership and its key principles. Ideas will be shared of how it can be implemented in your daily practices as a School Counselor and how you can teach your students the qualities of servant leadership.
