Session Abstract

Iowa entered the Esploro development partnership in 2017, signed on as an early adopter in 2018, officially went live in 2019, and began its public rollout to campus in 2020.

The session will begin with a demo of Iowa's Esploro, showing the public research portal, researcher profiles, and the staff interface through Alma. The session continues with a discussion of Iowa's motivation for signing on as a development partner, goals with initial implementation, campus rollout, and plans for the future.
