Session Abstract

This presentation illustrates the streamlining of usage statistics workflow after implementation of the Alma system. It will discuss the systematic process of utilizing usage statistics features such as manual upload of the COUNTER data and SUSHI configuration for automatically harvesting data. Moreover, it will cover creation of custom reports in the Alma Analytics for collection development decisions. Finally, it will share challenges encountered as well as tips for institutions to establish this process efficiently.
