Providing seamless access to the most extensive digital library collections in the UK

Session Abstract
We have recently introduced several enhancements to either enable seamless access to electronic resources, or help support users with e-resource access issues.
*Primo enhancements
Since October 2018 we’ve enabled the BrowZine LibKey API integration which presents a Download PDF link under results on Primo, along with links to journals and links to issues on BrowZine. In addition to this we've enabled an integration with Unpaywall which display links to articles that are available to access via the Unpaywall database.
*Report a Problem button
We’ve added a button on our Library Search which enables users to easily report e-resource access issues. This sends bibliographic data of the item and passes the user’s details into our enquiry management system to the relevant team.
*BrowserStack emulation tool
We use BrowserStack to mimic PC, Mac and mobile devices and different browsers. The Helpdesk use this to replicate a user’s set up and pinpoint access issues to e-resource platforms.
