Session Abstract

In this session we'll look at how we took an iterative approach to developing a single place our users could request resources from the library but also a single place our staff could view and manage these request, ultimately choosing the most appropriate fulfilment method. We'll dive into how this links up to Alma and the CLA's DCS but also look at ways we can make our staff's lives easier by integrating with other systems such as Primo, reducing the need to switch out to different systems.
