Proposal Abstract (Please briefly describe the content of your proposal)
This workshop addresses differentiation of permissible and useful political speech and policy-related activities on campus from inappropriate and prohibited use of public resources to influence elections and public policy outcomes. Participants will develop an institutional analysis using case study activities based on campus voter education and policy dialogue events.
