Proposal Abstract (Please briefly describe the content of your proposal)
Americans create a record amount of trash every year, about 1, 650 pounds. In fact, USA creates quarter of the planet's waste production, despite the fact that we are 5% of the world population. College students can be a key to changing the attitudes in America towards recycling and composting.
