Interest-Based Negotiation (IBN) turns adversarial disagreement about hard-nosed positions into a pragmatic effort to solve shared problems. This workshop will teach the basics of IBN through brief lecture and extensive role play. We will also share success stories of institutional transformation and increased institutional engagement through the use of IBN.
