Proposal Abstract (Please briefly describe the content of your proposal)
Community colleges are struggling with challenges in retaining students. MWCC is piloting a student-driven program to address retention through peer navigation of community services and internal resources. Peer mentors are not only learning about their own community through this process, but also developing civic leadership and job readiness skills.
