Abstract
Annually middle school counselors are given the task of transitioning our 8th grade students into the high school mindset. Due to the increase of college and career opportunities students are being given in our schools, it is more important now than ever for our students to be prepared for high school. The goal of this session will be to show a streamlined process that involved the entire school community.
