Abstract
Supervision often ends for school counselors at graduation. Join this session to learn about supervision techniques you can use with counselors in training working with you as interns or with peer school counselors working with you as colleagues. Models for supervision that work in each scenario will be explored. Research shows that participating in peer supervision helps reduce stress and burnout for school counselors and contributes to their counseling skills and theoretical knowledge.
