Abstract
Titan Table Talks is a four-part staff development designed to cultivate a culturally responsive educator. The purpose is to improve relationships between adults and students by building a culture of respect and inclusion among those with different identities, to make students feel like they belong and feel seen, and to understand how implicit bias/racism impacts our students so that race is not a barrier to teaching/learning.
