Abstract
The 500 Queens orginization seeks to establish a group of young women that aspire to become the most powerful piece on the chess board of life, by empowering young ladies in the area of education, economics, self-worth and womanhood. This is achieved through the Royalty S.T.E.P.S Program (Strive To Empower Progress in Sisterhood) a curriculum based on eight areas of concentration including, communication, college and career, and life skills.
