
Stress! The pandemic, racial injustice, and their continued effects reveal previously hidden stress, add new stressors—and sometimes limit many protective factors. We need to do something meaningful. This is a large group, four session approach delivered to students this past year—and then redelivered to families. The purpose was to understand stress—and give practical, research-based strategies that could be used immediately. Participants will gain the tools to deliver this in their school settings.
