Downward dog, tree pose, mountain, deep breaths, inhale, exhale... have you ever wondered how you can use basic techniques of yoga, mindfulness, and breath work to teach students tools to self-regulate emotions and anxiety, as well as giving movement and brain breaks throughout the day? Come experience an active hands on session where participants will learn the benefits of incorporating these practices in your school counseling program as well as practicing exercises and techniques!
