Short Description

The rise of Airbnb prompted many retirees to consider alternative retirement income from short-term rental property investment. Financial Planning traditionally helps clients analyze and recommend a portfolio of financial assets. The ability to analyze short-term rental property investment can enhance retirees' informed decisions and potentially meeting their retirement goals. Using a retiree case study to illustrate how to use the CAPEX evaluation process, analyze if short-term rental property investment is a viable alternative retirement income compared to a dividend stock performance.
