This presentation will outline the different levels of support for faculty training as well as challenges in management of faculty support programs, and specific examples of the theoretical frameworks, curriculum design, assessments, and virtual tools used in supporting faculty in the development of virtual intercultural exchange programs.

Professional Biography
Dr. Daniel Jones oversees and provides intercultural mentoring for students in courses for the Semester Abroad in Intercultural Learning (SAIL) scholarship and Virtual Experiential Intercultural Learning (VEIL) programs. He provides training to faculty and staff leading study abroad and virtual exchanges, including COIL, through the Intercultural Pedagogy Grant Workshop Series.
