Presentation Summary

In this Roundtable discussion, I will present a few ongoing techniques I use in the ESL and Spanish classroom to further student’s sense of curiosity and wonder about other cultures, as well as each other’s, using peer feedback, reflections and engagement through virtual interactions supporting the 6 C’s for 21st century language learning.

Professional Biography

Christina Rocha is an educator in pursuit of inspiring curious world language teachers and learners. She started teaching languages in 1999 and currently teaches Spanish and ESL at the American Community Schools (ACS) in Athens, Greece and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Language and Communication.
