Abstract
Recent work extended historic equitable collection-building into Open Access publishing. Umbrella values were applied to focused conversations with broad invitation that highlighted the relative benefits of individual offers and framed values-based negotiating points. This approach built group consensus while encouraging innovation, and resulted in agreements with high/low/no research institutions together.
