Abstract

The University of Worcester significantly improved student satisfaction scores after implementing a Resource List Management System that improves access to resources. In this session, librarians will learn how they created a successful project plan, implemented a new tool across campus, and ultimately, enhanced the student experience and improved 'customer' satisfaction.
